Nowadays, printing machines mostly work with the CMYK four-color system, but this leads to a limited color gamut. Today, dirt bike plastics are super bright and colorful, so it is not possible to get the right tone using the CMYK color system.

To match the best print color with the plastic of the current bike, it is always good to print Color Swatches with the actual printer and vinyl you work with. There are thousands of different printers and printing materials all over the world. Every printer and print vinyl interact differently with one other. So it is almost impossible to print a precise color from your RGB monitor, and this is where color swatches come in handy.

Most of the Mx Graphics companies cut their decals using cutting machines- plotters. Most often, they cut only the actual vinyl layer, leaving backing paper untouched. Then they spend extra time to separate exact parts and cutting excess paper edges. We all know how postal services handle packages. That is why it is essential to make sure that your artwork survives the vulnerable shipping time. The best way to pack your Mx Decals is to keep them on a flat surface. Never roll them up as it may lead to vinyl curving, and the customer will have a hard time to install them on a dirt bike. Ordinary postal envelopes are very flexible, and they do not protect your stunning dirt bike decals from bending and external damages. Furthermore, the stickers may not bounce around the package during handling, but you cannot use vacuum envelopes, as high pressure on decals also will lead to damage.
